Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Grace Era is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, high-volume periods).

Lost or Stolen Packages
